Return Policy

We really pride ourselves in the quality products, and excellent personalized
customer service; however, if you need to return an item, we strive to make the
process as smooth and efficient as possible.

Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery, preferably via email. Once
your return is received, refunds are processed within 7-14 business days. Items
must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition to be eligible.

Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

we will be happy to assist you.

IMPORTANT RETURN GUIDELINES:

• Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify for
  a refund.
• If a returned item is found to be damaged, used, or not in its original condition, a
  partial refund or no refund may be issued.
• Returns must be received at our warehouse within 30 days of delivery to be
  eligible for processing.
• Refunds take 7-14 business days to process once the item is received.
• International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  Shipping fees are non-refundable.
